Greg Barron, 1992 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington was called upon to deliver two commencement speeches to the graduating seniors of the College of Business. Speaking to over 4,000 in attendance, Barron admonished the students to find establish their network which would increase their personal net worth and to look for disruptions to create value for their careers.
