Totaling more than 1200 hundred contiguous acres in eastern Parker County, the “Seven Ranches” includes the Dean, Boswell, and Beggs land holdings both north and south of Interstate Highway 20. Having been owned by the respective families for multiple generations, the current generation seeks to maintain the legacy of the land and at the same time provide for orderly and aesthetic development in the coming years. Barron- Stark Engineers has been involved in this process for the past two decades by providing land use master planning, master thoroughfare planning, utility master planning and storm water management analysis.
